How can I get my money back if the expert doesn't finish my order?

In case the expert cannot complete the order as guaranteed, you can make a complaint by accessing the workroom page and clicking the Cancel Request button. After that, your request will be sent to an admin who will then contact you to verify the reasons for canceling and update the progress of the expert. If the reasons are acceptable, the money will be returned to your Growthgig account. The reimbursement process will take 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and other public holidays).
